I had a full set lash appointment with Erica last week. I waited 24 hours before getting them wet and washed them everyday with lash wash. A few days after my appointment, I noticed a lot of the lash extensions were falling out and there was a lack of lash retention. I have gotten lash extensions in the past and never had an issue with lash retention with my previous lash artist. *to respond to owner. I have called on days that it's open... Called once every week either Tues or Wednesday and never got an answer. A Tuesday called like 3 times and still no answer. I keep trying to book an appointment and they never answer the phone.
