My mom is a resident at The Pines of Newmarket, NH. The staff is outstanding. I appreciate the individualized attention my mom receives from the loving and caring employees. They have my mom's best interest at heart and go the extra mile to see she receives the best care possible. The staff there are all very caring and helpful. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Jen in Admin is very helpful with mom's long term care insurance issues.
We are very pleased with the excellent level of care my mother-in-law, Gwen, is receiving at The Pines. The staff at The Pines is outstanding. They are very attentive to Gwen’s needs. Gwen is in a reclining wheelchair and I appreciate the caregivers getting down to Gwen’s eye level to speak directly to her. In addition staff engages Gwen to get involved in activities such as exercise and mobility. Gwen enjoys the attention she receives at The Pines.
Our mother moved into the Pines in January of 2023. She has been very well taken care of, and loves the food! The staff treats her very well, attending to all her needs with care and compassion. The staff is also very communicative, and responsive. We highly recommend the Pines for your loved ones.
