Big fan of PC. Great grounds crew. Friendly lease agents, maintenance crew right and tight. 10yrs . Yet after reporting several request for leaking roof repair, 3 ongoing slow leaks in living room, since FEB2026 poor service. 3 maintainence requests, 2 emails to lease and HAYMAN Co...Crickets Attached says it all. And yes that first photo is what you think it is....IN MY LIVING ROOM
No water and no heat for a month with no compensation. Stated rent price has a ton of added fees and keeps going up astronomically every year. Washers on site are small, overpriced, and poorly maintained. Management and building upkeep is poor. Ten days my building had no water due to a sewage issue and they said to bill my renters insurance despite this being a building issue. Water issue wasn't fixed causing need to relocate to another building in the complex. They wouldn't update my personal renters insurance when i moved... read more
