No water and no heat for a month with no compensation. Stated rent price has a ton of added fees and keeps going up astronomically every year. Washers on site are small, overpriced, and poorly maintained. Management and building upkeep is poor. Ten days my building had no water due to a sewage issue and they said to bill my renters insurance despite this being a building issue.
