I visited for a tour today, and the atmosphere was incredible! The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The tour itself was fantastic, and I’m excited to complete my application and hopefully move into the beautiful townhome I was shown!
My move-in experience at Osborne Hills has been exceptional. From the very beginning, Mishell (Property Manager), Starr (Assistant), and Devontae (Leasing Consultant) demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and were instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition into my new home. Roach infested yet will tow your car for any reason at all. Towed my last car with zero warning. I contacted the police, filed a police report and they never found it. Lost my job because of it. Mind you I was saving to get my brakes fixed. You have a flat tire. They’ll tow your car. Paint chipped, they tow it. They don’t care. They want to blame the residents for this place not being kept up when they should worry about the severe roach infestation.
For $1700 after all the fees you do NOT have to live in the hood, leasing office manager is disrespectful in addition to the stress of having to live here. 0 stars all across for Osborne Hills
