As the daughter of a resident thats been here a long time, I really appreciate the team at Osborne Hills. Mishell, Devounta, Obed, Field, and Ken have all been so nice and helpful. The staff has only been here bout a year and a half, and the property has never looked better. You can tell they really care about the residents and keeping everything up. Keep up the good work yall!
Hold Up! I was coming here to leave a review when I saw the foolishness posted by Angelle I’m not exactly sure what was wrong with her. I was just in the office while this woman in the picture was in there as she was waiting for a mailbox key. She was speaking all sorts of nonsense about harassment and cats and not being protected from her husbands. Also said she’s gonna have her cats occupy her unit for 6 months. This apartment has been one of the WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ! Not only did they allow me to get bullied by my ex husbands, the previous maintaince team was illegally breaking into my home , also faulty construction work which resulted in me falling through the floors . The leasing agent is also A BULLY WHO HARRASSED ME AND REFUSED TO CLOSE THE GATE AFTER I expressed multiple times I am getting bullied by my fans of my work , my family , and the PREVIOUS maintenance team . Mantenimiento Bueno, a mí en lo personal me gusta mucho cuando va a Obed porque es una persona que cuando empieza un trabajo lo termina y lo deja bien hecho. Estoy muy contenta de vivir en estos apartamentos son muy amables en la oficina cuando he ido y Obed es una persona muy atenta, y muy amable gracias por siempre estar dispuesto a ayudarnos cuando se requiere su servicio. The management team, Mishell, Devounta at the leasing office, and Obed the maintenance supervisor… are a solid crew! They’ve truly kept their word on making changes and getting things done the right way. Their communication and effectiveness have been the best I’ve seen since living here. I see the change. I appreciate people who are about their business, and they definitely handle it well.
