I stopped by with a few questions. Michelle and Derick were very helpful and knowledgeable.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF POOR MANAGEMENT, POSSUMS, ROACHES AND RATS. Don't move in these apartments, unless you want to be disrespected , insulted and kicked out the leasing office by "the property manager" Mishell. So rude and very unprofessional. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. I just wanted to say the new management we have with Michelle and Devante has been a positive 360 change. The times I reach out and have questions or concerns are addressed immediately and professionally. The grounds have also did a 360. Maintenance mgr (forgot his name) always polite and takes immediate action. I only have one recommendation for the investors. Please update the exterior of the townhomes in the back. The exterior needs fresh look to those buildings. Thank you for new updates and great staff in the office.
Not sure what these new reviews are about, I've been here 15 years plus and the staff here have never been better! Mishell is the best manager we've had, infact the entire staff is great and welcoming! Mishell, Starr & Devounta are always there to help and support anyway they can, and maintenance has never been better Obed & Field make sure the job is done right the first time! I'll be here much longer as long as this staff is here! Keep up the good work guys!
