We lived in this property about 5 years ago, and had an OK experience but were great tenants. However, we were looking at potentially moving back into these and our credit is not the best (yes we are aware of this and hit a hard time a couple years ago but always paid rent on time and were fully willing to pay an additional deposit) so we applied with a guarantor (who has much better credit) and the property wanted out guarantor to make 4 times the amount of rent by themselves plus pay a one month deposit which is insane. Jason from maintenance is an absolute gem! They’re super helpful, quick on their feet, and always friendly. If I have any issues, they’re right there to respond and fix them in a jiffy. They’re the best maintenance team ever!
I wanted to ensure that I sent another very heartfelt thank you to Jason Tarufelli, again you go above and beyond making sure the townhome is updated and in great shape the water spicket on the outside needed a cover, and now there is no more water leaking thank you so much.
Process to apply and get a dog thru their pet portal is long and tedious as I’m still getting emails about it many months into our lease. If you want to be in this area it’s not a bad spot but personally I’d recommend a different place. You’re lucky if they shovel the snow on your side walks and it’s barely even snowed this year so I’d hate to see it on a snowy winter.
