I love elowyn Townhomes very good
I don’t understand how in the pool area you can have the public bathrooms locked that is a heath code violation to leave a restroom door locked & can’t have access to it when swimming.
Nathan took care of my maintenance needs in a quick and very proficient manner!! He is very professional and friendly!!
A very unorganized leasing management team. Mails from everybody sit everywhere on the floor in the mailroom. Some mails and boxes are even opened. Door is not locked so anyone ( include non-tenants) can access. Every month, bill is wrong. There are always some wrong charges, even when you are not their tenant yet. U apply for a unit, pay application fee and they told you that unit was taken so pay again to apply for a different unit. U can’t even dispute cuz office always closes.
