Maintenance, and Jason specifically, are the best thing about this place. If management was on the same level as the maintenance team it would be a much better complex.

We've been here 7 months now. We don't hate it, but we have found some pros and CONS. I noticed most the reviews are based on maintenance people, I finding maintenance to be increasingly less reliable. But, my review is primarily on the unit itself. Remember you are moving into an old property that has been cosmetically updated. *Firstly, everyone here is very, very nice and it's a great neighborhood. The park across the street is great if you have little kids or pets. People leave you alone for the most part and it's quiet.... read more
