Nathan was awesome when doing our move in maintenance, he was in and out efficiently and very respectful! I love that this complex has a good maintenance manager and I feel a lot better knowing someone knowledgeable is here to help. Overall love Elowyn and plan to be here a while :)

Lived here about 3 years. Day-to-day was mostly fine, but the move-out process and billing issues really soured the experience. Pros: - Maintenance team was friendly and responsive Cons: - Security deposit was not credited toward the final bill - Right away, final balance is sent to a third-party debt collector, making it difficult to resolve any disputes. - Charged for carpet replacement; understandable with a pet, but carpet quality is low and not designed to last - Move-out inspection raised concerns: Same damage photos a... read more

I moved into an Elowyn Townhouse in January and my family and I love it. The units have new appliances all around, new faucets and fixtures w/ solid surface countertops! The patios are decent size, we have some planters along with some of my kids toys out there. The basement is awesome! Lots of space for storage, we also use it as a play area!
