I don't know who got paid to write all these 5/4 star reviews, because if you knock on anyone's door they would tell you how they really feel/felt about this builder and the work they do/are doing. Something that you can measure before you buy is the community pool. Two years later and the pool isn't built. What is built of the pool is full of trash(from the workers) sitting in about 2 feet of stagnant water.
This is an up and coming community and these lots will sell crazy fast! Nicely located just far enough away from route 95, you can feel separated from it all, yet be in the hub of it in just minutes.
