About this business
I am a nurse who thought she was ready to retire, but caregiving is in my blood. I decided to start caring for people in my home. I provided care for individuals with dementia and in wheelchairs. I also provided hospice care for a woman whose son could not bear the thought of his mom dying in a nursing home, a gentleman who had no family, and a mom whose daughter wanted to place her where she would receive an abundance of one on one attention. I am now living my best life and fulfilling my purpose.

Sharon Parks is a fine Christian woman who is well trained, capable, caring, loving, and makes the residents feel a park of her household. I have had a sister-in-law and my mother in Sharon's care and wish that I had known about her much before I discovered her facility. My mother had dementia but really did enjoy being in a home environment rather than an institutional environment until she passed under Sharon's loving care and touch. What a blessing The Pines at Hickory Valley and Sharon are!
