1 star because if the owners of this entire apartment complex are supposed to make sure the direct sidewalk in front of your whole property line is cleared of snow each winter, you're not doing your job. I have lived in a house around the corner down the street for 13 years and nothing changes. I'm in a wheelchair and rely on the sidewalk for quick neighborhood rolls and can't do that with a snow covered sidewalk in your property line. Fix it this week please.

Gross. They do not keep this place clean. Trash everywhere. Front doors not painted.
Trash, overgrown bushes and weeds. This is what you pay for. Not worth it. Disgusting. Manager is rude.
These apartments prior to new management and the construction were an absolute steal for the size and location. They're by no means perfect - as it is an older building, but I adored the size for a one-bedroom (massive balconies) and wish I had been able to enjoy the now carpetless further upgrades. My main complaints were the lack of upkeep when the new management took over and making decisions without letting us know what was happening, or vouching for the residents during the construction next door.
