bugs, black mold, expensive, rent increase every 8 months at most.
This is the WORST place to rent from it’s through smith rentals which I wouldn’t recommend either . They never fixed anything they money hungry and for $710.00 a month it’s definitely not worth the headache .. The manger Rebecca is rude and very disrespectful and so is the Smith Rentals company that owns the property .. I regret ever moving over there The manager Joel is nice but the assistant is terrible and they’re liars as well .
the pines apartments in Graham...are infested with mold and mildew...very unhealthy place to call home....to my findings...the owner has reputation of being a slumlord in this area...shame on you!!!
Not worth the money The apartments have mold an they refuse to do anything about it. The maintenance never fix anything no matter what's broken. They have a laundry room that's supposed to be open all day but its open only when they decide to unlock the door. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone they are not worth the price.

Horrible . Rent is too high apartments are ran down
Horrible!! Roach infested!! And after everything is paid even though conditions aren't livable they still won't refund!! Sickening!!
The Pines Apartments Nice area and nice apartments. Very clean with cathedral ceilings in some. Very satisfied with the cozy feeling when walking in the apartments. Nice view and friendly customer service.
