Great price – Some of the apartments are in better condition than others but the maintenance guy is happy to help out with any problem. For the price, I've been pretty happy here. Great place to save money and have a pretty relaxed living. Better for quiet people if living in an upstairs apartment. The neighbor downstairs says she can hear noise quite easily from downstairs.
