Well, dryer is not working properly and the office said they cleaned the duct etc but they didn’t, the proof in the picture. I’m still paying $100 since I moved in in March for the washer and dryer. The microwave they ordered seems it’s coming from Mars taking this long 🤔since I placed the request 17 days ago!!! I was told it will arrive on Monday 11th of Sep, the latest the following morning ”Tuesday”and be installed, I called today, Tuesday, 4:30 pm and they don’t have an update, they couldn’t tell me anything smh.
What a terrible place to live. The apartments are not well maintained. There are few plugs that work. The blinds are all different and of poor material. The garbage system is disgusting. Just trash all over two streets. It's so expensive to live here and we are treated very poorly. It pains to me have just signed for another year but we live here so our kid can go to the good schools of the area. We are deeply unhappy to live at The Pines.
Change the name all you want, it's still Beechstone with horrible management, conning residents.
Leasing office should hand noise cancelling earplugs for free to those moving into the Pines. Unless you'll live on the top floor, you will need some earplugs. I'm not kidding, you will need them. You will hear every step above you. From the toe to the heel of the foot, the old floors will send the noise your way with a studio type quality. With every step, the floor will squeak with agony and so will your comfort. Having good nights of sleep will become a dream and your insomnia will become a nightmare.
