Today was a bad experience at Muddy Boots. We waited for almost an hour to get our food. The waitress wasn't overly apologetic about our wait and usually walked past the table and looked a different direction. When I finally got her attention and told her the wait had been an hour she wanted to argue with me and say it was only 45 minutes instead of apologizing. The food was fine but the kitchen couldn't get the food out. And it wasn't even busy!! She did reduce our bill by 25% after I complained. BTW...in fairness, we eat t... read more
First off our waitress was awesome tonight and the food was great , we come to little Nashville at least once a year and this will be one on the list of dinner stops !!!
We love this place and the food. Never had any complaints about food, service, or atmosphere. Last time, we visited twice in one weekend and the staff were tripping over one another to make sure we had a great meal. Love the variety of food and music. Yes we loved the old place, but we understand why the move.
Don't recommend this place unless you like inedible food served with dirty glasses. No complaints on our service, but the food was terrible. Our waters were brought out in glasses that had brown stripes on the inside. At first we thought maybe it was stained, but the brown crud came off when we scratched it with our straws... Next came my salad which had slimy brown lettuce mixed in with tomatoes so overripe they were about a day from being rotten, needless to say I did not eat it. Love this place. It's home away from home. Great music, food, and folks.
Disappointed in the service here. Came in, no one greeted us, sat down and waited about 15 minutes to observe at least 5 employees ignoring us to eat or sit around and socialize. No one made a move to tend to us, and this is the second time something similar has happened. Heather is a good server and was busy with other customers in the back, but no one else bothered to even gesture to help. Deeply disappointed because this place has a great atmosphere and potential, but experiences like this simply kill it for me.
My wife and I stopped in here for lunch today. While we where passing thru taking out dog to Bean Blossom. It was the 3rd or 4th time we have been there. We live in Seymour and don't make it that way very often. The food and service was great. We will be back the next time we pass thru.
