My daughter and I have been to the Pin Cushion twice now. Kimberly did my daith piercing and my daughters ear lobes, and today we saw Melody (me for a nostril piercing and my daughter for a helix). Both times were excellent and I've recommended Pin Cushion to everyone I know that's asked about piercings. You cannot choose a better place!
Melody did a great job, entire staff was very friendly.
Kimberly was so precise and fast. My 7 year old daughter was nervous about getting her ears pierced and she made her feel so brave. It was incredible!
Kimberly was awesome! We got right in, she was very patient with my little 6 year old and helped us reopen some ear holes on my 8 year old. It was so fun, great atmosphere, sweet people! This will be our new piercing spot :)
The Pin Cushion did a great job on my daughter's second lobe piercing. She is already planning for her next piercing! This place was clean, friendly and efficient. We will be back for future piercing needs.

Got my ear pierced here and it was amazing! Super cute and clean shop. It was easy and Kimberly explained everything so well! Would recommend to everyone!
Kimberly was fantastic and professional. My 5 year old was being a little crazy and upset due to not being old enough to get her ears pieced yet, but it didn't seem to phase her at all. She was kind and patient with my 7 year old and did a fantastic job. And after a horrible experience with a failed daith piercing elsewhere several years, she managed to pierce that with no pain what so ever. I will definitely be bringing my youngest back to her in June when she turns 6. This place was well worth the drive from Rockwall.
We had a great experience with Tara. My 13 year old daughter got her ears pierced and she said it was hardly any pain. We did have to wait for an hour and a half because we went at a peak time.
