They did a great job and it was a great experience for my 2 teens
We took our 7 year old to get her ears pierced here for the first time. She was very excited and nervous and all the staff were friendly and reassuring to her that it wasn’t going to hurt too bad. Tana was very patient and explained every step of the process to help keep her calm. She loves her new pierced ears! Only downside is that we went on a Saturday during Christmas break and they were very busy, so plan ahead or maybe go during a week day when kids are in school.

Only place I bring my daughters for their piercings! Everyone there is Always super sweet, super professional and my girls are always happy when we leave!
I went to The Pin Cushion 2 days before Christmas so I knew it was busy with people being off work and I was right. They had a lot people in line but they got us through very quickly. Everyone was super nice and friendly even with 20+ people in their lobby. They also had plenty of seating for everyone so waiting wasn’t that bad. I think from when I walked in and then out was about 40 minutes. I had Kim to pierce my nose and put in a hoop. She was super nice and walked me through the whole process. The Pin Cushion was absolutely awesome and so cute. I took my BFF for her 40th birthday today and we both got our noses pierced. Great experience and fabulous results. Thanks beautiful ladies. we will be back again!!!!
