I just find it hilarious that the administrator had a couple of DUIs. And lost her nursing license . Yet she keeps her job. Such a hypocrite. Sheila Backtail is a Winner!!!
I wanted to find a great place for my mom, and I turned around! The urine soaked smell scared me away!

the pillars let my dad go without food,water or meds for 4 days. Horrible place
I DO NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE. My father was placed here for a temporary rehab. We removed him within a week due to MANY reasons.. the staff FORGETTING to bring him his meal trays, his room was dirty, left in soiled clothes or same clothes are days in a row, dressings not attended to if the wound care nurse wasn’t on duty, the floor nurses are RUDE, and clearly hate their jobs.
