Trisanne is the BEST on the east coast !
I have taken 9 classes with Trisanne so far and I absolutely love it! The classes are small so you get really good instruction. I was intimidated at first, but she made me feel comfortable and empowered. I already feel and see some amazing changes! I am so glad I found this wonderful teacher and her pretty studio to start investing some time into my wellness!
