What a fabulous fitness facility! The instructors are well-trained and really care about the clients. I always feel appreciated and valued here, and the instruction is as good what I experienced in a big city (Atlanta). I highly recommend this studio.
Pilates has been transforming for me. The Pilates Place instructors are exceptionally skilled and deeply committed to individual improvement for each client. They far exceed results I have had anywhere else. Pilates is an amazing way to develop core strength, flexibility, and better balance. Do try it!!
