I've been on several brewery tours and this one stands above. Our tour guide, Abel, was extraordinary. She was passionate about beer, lively, and a true educator. She admitted when she didn't know an answer (it was about scheduling when waste water can be dumped, who *would* know?!) But she found someone to supply the answer. Beer sample was excellent! I ordered poutine. It was cold fries, and cold gravy. And cheese curd wasn't even melted... by the time the waiter came, it was so much later than when I got a food. So I didn't bother to complain. I'll just have beer next time
Very nice place for beers, local home brews... and the staff were very nice & helpful... just wish the food were less pricey.
