I had such a great experience at The Piercing Shop! I got my lobe pierced and everything went so smoothly. Jay was honestly amazing — super nice, patient, and really helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. I’ve had allergies with piercings before, so I was a bit worried going in, but she was very understanding about that and helped me choose the best option.
