Today is my birthday and I’m visiting from the U.S. I had a wonderful experience with Rob. He was very kind and helpful. Thanks for everything Rob!
Very professional and great place to get pierced at!! Jai did my double helix and made sure I was okay with everything before doing anything. She made it an easy process and I will definitely be coming back to get more.
Took my 7 year old daughter here for her first ear piercing, the owner Rob was super friendly and explained everything in detail to us and our daughter. She had a great experience, and is so happy with her ear piercings. Rob was amazingly patient and great at interacting with her. Highly recommend anyone check out the Piercing Place if they're looking to get piercings done.
Rob was awesome with double conch.
Came to pacific mall to get one thing and left with something even better. I got my conch done here on a whim and I LOVE IT. Out of all my piercings I got done, I had the best experience here. Rob is so friendly and kind and really knows how to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, you can tell he truly cares for his costumers and loves his work. This place is a 12/10 and I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings.
