Incredible service, experience and absolutely obsessed with the owner, Barbie and everything about this place!!!! We stumbled in here and felt so looked after, she took so much time to curate my ears and her skills are second to none. Couldn’t recommend higher. Also lifetime guarantee on earrings is unheard of!
Went in expecting the usual anxieties of a chain piercing shop, greeted with a colourful and vibrant entrance, immediately felt welcoming and charming. Greeted with this lovely person, forgot the name silly me. Discussed in detail on the precautions, the do's and dont's, after-care, all in a way I could easily digest. We then proceeded to do my septum in the other room which was very relaxing and waa done incredibly quickly without any troubles. I came in for a nose piercing and am absolutely amazed by how professional and caring the whole experience was. The staff is very friendly and they make sure that you are comfortable and everything goes safe and well. They have a wide range of choices of jewelry, the prices are reasonable and they will hear and understand everything you want. The piercing wasn’t painful at all and the whole experience was excellent! Highly recommend!
