Never in my 22 years of getting pierced have I felt as educated and cared for as I have here. The atmosphere is exclusive, and Jessica and Erick go above and beyond to educate their clients. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Both Erick and Jessica are exceptionally sweet, kind, and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable on everything from body anatomy, piercing techniques, and disinfection and sanitation. I absolutely love this place! Jess and Erick are probably some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. :))) Although this wasn’t my first piercing ever, this was my first piercing at Helix and it was honestly the best experience you could have when it comes to getting a piercing done. I’m a pretty anxious person so it was such a comfort that Erick and Jess really take the time to explain everything to you including which tools they’ll be using and how to properly care for your piercing afterwards.
From start to finish, everything about my visit was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Jessica greeted me at the front and walked me through the check-in process. She was incredibly thorough and patient, especially with the electronic form, making sure everything was user friendly and easy to follow, even if someone isn’t super tech savvy. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had for a piercing. The appointment was tailored to what I wanted done. I got my rook pierced and I changed jewelry in my existing tragus piercing. Erick was knowledgeable on piercings and explained the importance of good jewelry. They have a wide variety of yellow and white gold jewelry available. The studio is clean. Sanitation is taken very seriously inside. I’ll definitely be returning to upgrade the rest of my jewelry.
