The pier used to be super nice, the pool used to be super clean the hot tub used to be really nice and then they just let it go the pool hasn’t been cleaned it probably over a month,( it’s turning green and there is stuff all over the bottom). The hot tub has been broken for over 2 years. Lastly, the random 30-60 dollar fees that they can never explain what they are for are also ridiculous . Come on Pier, do better.
The Pier on 544 in Conway offers an array of great amenities including- but not limited to- a pool and gym while simultaneously providing spacious living with different options of floorplans and number of roommates. To top it off this place is pet friendly!
