I highly do not recommend living here. They allow a tow company to tow your car. They do not take responsibility for not providing a parking pass which was paid for. My car was towed while living there and waiting for them to provide a parking pass which was paid for over a month ago. Still have not received a parking pass but they offered to put my car on the no tow list from now on.. thanks They allow this company to come on their private property and tow legally parked residents and offer nothing in return.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the past few months living at The Pier Conway, my roommates and I have endured a severe roach infestation. I initially reported the issue on March 24th, noting that we were killing 10 to 12 roaches per day, minimum. Over a month later, the problem has only worsened. We’re now killing 40 to 50 roaches daily, and management has made little to no meaningful effort to resolve it. AVOID THIS PLACE. I currently live here and wish I didn’t. Electric, water, trash, parking all charged separately on top of rent. They have refused to sell me a parking pass for an entire year because they have “sold out” despite there being 25-30 wide open spots every single night. The hot tub never works, the gate hasn’t been closed for single day I’ve lived here. Stay away for your own sake.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I currently live here and wish I didn’t. Management is neither helpful nor accommodating rather rude and unwilling to reach any sort of compromise.
