AVOID THIS PLACE. I currently live here and wish I didn’t. Electric, water, trash, parking all charged separately on top of rent. They have refused to sell me a parking pass for an entire year because they have “sold out” despite there being 25-30 wide open spots every single night. The hot tub never works, the gate hasn’t been closed for single day I’ve lived here. Stay away for your own sake.
