I can’t wait to get out of this apartment. They claim to be luxury, but all they care about is appearances in the lobby and common areas. I had severe mold in my shower, and when they finally fixed it, they painted the new wall the wrong color, left a mess in my bathroom, left my shower rod and curtain on the floor, and then reinstalled it incorrectly when I asked about it. The monthly fees are ridiculous. They make you pay $35 a month just for someone to take out your trash on specific days and times, and they charge you a ... read more

He is the best. Brandon replaced my hot water heater with a new one. Very professional, fast, and helpful. Very comfy place with good service
