We recently planned a trip with The Pickup Artist. Steve was very communicative in the planning and setup, unfortunately bad weather in STL gave us a 4 hour delay. Steve communicated through the entire process. Understandably, Due to the delay, he was unable to pick us up. Steve ensured we had another service at the airport when we landed so that we had reliable transportation immediately upon arrival. He even checked in on us after to ensure everything went smoothly. We could not recommend the Pickup Artist Enough! Mike, our driver was AMAZING and started our vacation off with a breeze. Very friendly, communicative and gave suggestions on restaurants to go to and things to do! Time was even allotted before being dropped off at our condo to run to the grocery store where Mike waited for us to shop, helped us with our bags and groceries once we arrived at the condo! We will definitely be booking with the Pickup Artist again! :)

We needed to reserve a safe reliable ride for our teen daughter and her friends from the airport to our house. Steve alleviated any concerns with his outstanding communication. He called me when I had questions and I immediately felt I could trust him and his transportation services. He was prompt courteous and easy to work with. We reserved the return trip as well and will use his service again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Steve for taking great care of our girls.

This guy is awesome! Our flight was delayed and he waited for us! Had a cool sign with my name on it so we could easily find him! Clean van. Punctual. And a fun person! Also- the guy is a karaoke KING! Awesome music!
