Unprofessional *I want to be clear, this review is solely about the professionalism of the company and not about the food quality. Reached out about catering an open house party at our home, which all details were included on the request form that is on the website. I received an initial email with prices stating that they had our date available and how to move forward. I usually don't leave any reviews and like to support local businesses but I would advise to avoid this place if you can. A little background, our company used them for catering an event. The food was cold and was subpar. After the event I came to make the final payment for the invoice and found how disgusting, smally, and unorganized this place is. Pickles Catering was our food vendor for our wedding reception and I'm not lying when I say how much the food was complimented! We only sampled the Penne Rosa as that was the only dish we REALLY wanted and it was great. We moved forward and ordered two different lasagnas, meatballs, salad, etc. for a nice manageable buffet. Had a lovely experience with wood fire pizza catering for my event! Food was delicious and set-up/serving was so smooth, but really valued her expertise in the planning stages regarding numbers and serving times. That was priceless in making our party a success. Would highly recommend!
