I tried some samples at the Pints for Pitties event and OMG! The flavors and freshness were unbelievable! If you have the opportunity, grab a jar or two and try it for yourself, you won't regret it! We bought a jar and devoured it! Great stuff!
Absolutely delicious products. The flavors in the products are spot on. I didn't think I liked kimchee but the Pickled pig carrot kimchee was awesome! Good job Gary.

I am a Kimchee maven! The Napa Kimchee is without a doubt the best I have ever had! I also like the Kimchee Pickles as well. This is a gourmet fermented vegetal line. Worth every penny! 🔥 Long live the ancient art of brine curing! JWS

We have been buying a variety of meat and fermented food from Gary for years now. We now make sure we visit him weekly at Madeira Farmers Market... Love it!
