The Pickford House will make you feel as if you're in a different era, and not just a beautiful place. Just home last night from a long weekend with friends. Absolutely perfect place to enjoy friends, explore Cambria, Moonstone Beach, wineries, elephant seals and Hearst Castle! And after a day of lots of exploring everyone can gather in one gracious spot for an evening of games, karaoke, music, conversation, and a great meal if you didn't eat out. Just perfect and we can't wait to return to Pickford House!
We had 24of us celebrating my mother's 80th birthday could not of picked a better place! Enough room to all be together & enough space to be comfortable.

The Pickford was a wonderful location for our annual family gathering. With a large, spacious downstairs (complete with bar!!) and many quiet bedrooms upstairs it was perfect for the large group of people, allowing a communal space as well as smaller retreats. I highly recommend this location, private but close to anything you'd need.

What a perfect place to take 8 moms and 9 12 year olds!!! The Pickford was so accommodating for our group. Each mom and child had their own guest quarters. There was even a room with double beds which was great for the twins!!! Our days were filled all the way till the night with so much to do in the town. At night we played games and sang karaoke! On Sunday the kids all cried and begged to stay at the Pickford they said it was " the best place they have ever been " please please can we come back?" Thanks Pickford for the me... read more
Wow looks like a beautiful place to visit!!!
We've stayed here couple of times and loved it. It's so cozy and very very clean .I also love the location. It's less than 30 min from all of the winery in Santa Ynez, and less than a mile from the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous.
