For the first time the Podiatry clinic waiting room was quite full, because the place was usually nice & empty. What I don't like, is when I have to leave the clinic after seeing the doctor, because the waiting room is so cozy, & clean, (which includes the examining rooms & the elevators), with the Television on,📺 is just like sitting in the living room in some luxury apartment, instead of the actual clinic!👍🏾I've spoken to my doctor about the issue I had with one of the receptionist recently, & I really appreciated the d... read more
horrible. neurology department. Doctors have their shirts worn outside their pants and appear disheveled. Another doctor who was also the Chair of the Department was aggressive to me when I asked about my future with having children. He did not respond to a message about a referral I needed to seek a neurologist because I am epileptic. Someone please look at this review and look for better doctors and Chair of Department who have bedside manners. I am shocked.
9th floor cardiology Do not come here unless you have an entire free day …my grandmother appointment was at 10am we did not leave until 2pm they move sooooo slow they don’t care that it’s freezing cold so many elderly people were tired cold and hungry totally unacceptable
Cardiology Department - 9th Floor - Staff is rude and belligerent. - Denied me a scheduled Echo - They claim they do not take my chart appointments but I have a record that it was scheduled and made via online (mychart) - Laughed and made fun of me to their colleagues when I had complained - Made me wait for 5 hours foe absolutely nothing because I could not be seen by the doctor ****I have photos, videos of my entire interaction with the staff today.
