The staff is so attentive in helping you pursue a pain free life. I enjoyed working with different staff as each brought something new. I will go back there any time I need PT. Thanks to Everyone!
They were very unprofessional talking between themselves and flirting loudly especially the red haired girl. I did the exercises and they never provided a guide as to what to do at home. I exercised from memory and then thought this is ridiculous so I pulled it up on YouTube and follow the regime daily which is perfect. You don’t have personal interaction but at that center it’s not provided either. The appt is made with one therapist and the therapists run between the patients never servicing the same one. The atmosphere, aside from the top-notch, work that these people did on me is infectuous. You feel like a family member. When you are there, everyone is so friendly and Rowing in the same direction helping each other out.
Kelsie has been great, I’m a kickboxing and boxing coach at UFC GYM Market Square and I’m grateful we’ve welcomed PTI into our space. I’ve had mobility issues in my shoulder and Kelsie helped me fixed them right up, I’ve got more strength and mobility allowing me to train more and help others improve in their training. The taping also really helps!
