The environment is welcoming and very clean. I knew i would be working toward my goals but the supportive therapists made it fun to come in and work. I gained strength and flexibility but also confidence to keep working.
I received excellent care from start to finish. I will most definitely go back if needed again. They are caring and awesome people starting from the moment you walk through the door. Greetings with such kindness and respect and so helpful all around. My favorite group of people!!
I received good care from their knowledgeable and personable staff.
I was treated for a fractured Left ankle by Kelsie and Also a few of the other therapists here. The friendly clean environment along with a resolution to the pain I was experiencing was absolutely top tier. The front desk staff were always accommodating,especially when it came to me forgetting my appointment times🤦🏻♀️ super friendly too. I highly recommend The Physical Therapy Institute.
