PT Connection staff were great with helping me gain strength after having a total hip replacement. They are very caring and compassionate. I will definitely go back if I should ever need PT again.
I, and my two older boys, have been going off and on the TPTC for years for sports related injuries and after surgery therapy. I have the highest respect for Beth and her staff! You receive excellent therapy, advice, and exercises to do at home. If you follow their instructions you will heal with flying colors! You walk away healthier and with Beth, Teri, Dee, Amanda, Cassie, & Melissa as your new friends! They're knowledgeable, competent, and very compassionate - that combination makes them the best!

In the last year I have had 3 injuries and was so impressed with the level of care I consistently got from Beth, Dee, Terri, and the rest of the staff that I never hesitated to go back. Beth handled my plan of care the first time, Dee handled my plan of care the next 2 times. All 3 instances a well thought out plan of care was given and as I healed and got stronger more was added to my plan to help me maintain a level of health that I desired. Regrettably, I expressed concerns when they tried to stress my injury, and they ignored it... When I asked Dee how we could communicate better... she terminated my therapy immediately... when I requested to talk with Beth about switching therapists, Beth called back I said we did NOT have to talk about what happen and we did not have to continue therapy... Her choice. She insisted I express my concerns and then promptly lambasted on every item and started personal attacks. Very unprofessional... do not recommend.

As the owner of The Physical Therapy Connection, I take all reviews to heart. Thankfully negative reviews are few and far between. I am only responding to this post because this story is fiction. I have never "lambasted" or personally attacked anyone. I am proud of my staff. One should take a look inward and assess their own actions. I could not tolerate the level of disrespect shown to my employees in my clinic any longer. Good luck to you.
Physical Therapy Connection has superb staff all around. They are very, very nice and kind people and extremely competent. I always leave feeling better than when I went in. Best physical therapists I've ever been to. Couldn't be happier with the care or the people.

Physical therapy with Beth and her entire staff has been a wonderful experience. You receive therapy mixed with laughter and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone for true healing from head to toe.
I have been to PTC many times for physical therapy. The are amazing. They go above and beyond helping you get better. You won't meet anyone more caring and friendly. They are like family to me now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
