There was a was about 6 month period where I had some bad luck with my phone. Drops, breaks, cracks. They were able to help me each time in an efficient and cost effective manner. Polite and helpful with questions. They don't just fix phones, most electronics are able to be serviced here.

Very knowledgeable and they was very helpful! My phone had a bad cracked screen and unfortunately I dropped it in water and it was water damaged the screen was black and green, wouldn’t even turn on. I made the call and got my phone back in 2 and a half days. Which was my amazing, my experience was great and I will use them for future issues.

Each time they have ordered a product for mr they say 2 or 3 days. However. It's usually a week or more, and I have to keep calling to check- they don't call me. The employees are not knowledgeable- only the young man who appears to be then owner seems to know what he is doing. I had an employee tell me that they can not help me, tried to send me somewhere else. The young man who I believe is the owner stepped in and helped me.... but only after 15 minutes of arguing with the staff that this should be an easy fix. I still go... read more
