My phone screen shattered while I was at work today. Took my phone in around 4:15 hoping to get the screen replaced today because I have a trip coming up. Kaycee greeted me and was amazing! Not only was she kind and professional, she had my phone ready for me before I got off work! Then to make my experience even better, she helped my find a case and screen protector to protect my phone from my clumsy self! Thank you so much Kaycee!
I dropped my phone in water and it had alittle water damage went to the place where i brought my phone at first they wanted me to basically buy another phone for 200 dollars. So i left there and went to the phone booth and got my phone fixed for 42 dollars. So i highly recommend going to the phone booth

Excellent customer service!! Kaycee needs a raise if she has not received one , I could not make it to the store in time before they closed and really needed a phone , kaycee came back up to the store and helped me after hours . I recommend this place 100%
