My experience @ The Phoenix Counseling Center has been a positive one. The counselors are there for the clients. I have had a good experience.
As a treatment facility Phoenix is a joke. Someone has found an insurance loophole to bill for services that provide nothing in the way of treatment or wellness.
The counselor I had for my youngest daughter and I was terrible at being consistent. Constantly canceling last min. This happened at least ten times!! She would cancel an hour before we were set to be there totally disrespecting our time. Finally we stopped going bc she lied about our appointment saying they didn’t have space to see us in office and wanted to do virtual but when I called the office they said they were ready for us to come in.
