Every single time I have gone to The Phoenix Bakery customer service has been excellent and every item I've tried has been fresh and delicious! My current rotation of favorites are the pumpkin donuts, any cupcake (especially the mocha) and the sticky buns.
Great products and super friendly staff. Customer service is alive and well in Pittsboro and it tastes like heaven. <3

The phoenix bakery provides the best baked goods I have ever had in NC.
I have purchased many yummies from Phoenix Bakery and all were excellent. It is so refreshing to buy real baked goods without the funky taste and after-taste of preservatives and I love real icing and filling that doesn't make your lips greasy from oils. It ha been a long time since I have visited a bakery and Phoenix is a wonderful bakery. Will be buying more from this bakery. Sherri Shepherd
Best cinnamon rolls ever! And just gorgeous and delicious cakes! So happy to have this fun and friendly bakery so close to home!!
I love everything I have eaten from here, not to mention that the owner is the best! The sausage sour dough bread and the lemon doughnut are my favorite. My husband loves the cinnamon rolls and cookies. You really can't go wrong!
