We have a fantastic team of maintenance and management! Communication on any changes (new trash company, pool cleaning, etc.) are are helpful and timely. Any issues I have are settled very quickly by the team.😀 The BEST thing is that Patricia started a monthly Friday BBQ for us. It's a wonderful way to get to meet neighbors and form new bonds. The property Manager Patricia was warm, kind, and very welcoming to me when I first arrived. I felt part of a community and really liked my apartment when I saw it.
I moved in to this place in June of 2025 and I love it here. The property is kept very clean, landscapers even planted some new plants around the complex which will be lovely when they grow in a bit, my unit was missing the privacy wall at move-in but I was assured one would be rebuilt, and it was in a timely manner and Patricia, the community director kept me informed via email while they were looking for contractors and getting it approved, very kind of her! Good clean amenities laundry on site in all 3 courts
The property management and maintenance team are all amazing! They are thoughtful and caring, and the property is beautiful and clean. I love that there are so many trees as part of the landscaping, it’s nice to feel surrounded by nature in the city. I love the mid century design and in terms of layout, this is maybe my favorite place I’ve lived! There is so much closet space and built in storage. I feel very lucky to have found this place!
