poor management. rat and mouse infested. have had money removed from apt on two different occasions when maintenance was in. slow response to broken toilet as well as. leaking wash machine.
I've been residing at the Phoenix Apts since 2005. The Property Manager Ms. Tina and staff Remy, Charnece, and Luis are very pleasant, hard working, professional, and Wonderful greeters with big smiles. They make their interactions with residents top priority. They make you feel like family. I will refer friends to them.
Don't move here...No hot water, AC is out service, Mice and roaches. smell of drugs and the maintenance service sucks. Not to mention the washer and dryer does not work.
The A C is out of service most of time. Elevators broke two days a week.
