Echoing similar reviews, The Phoenix looks nice on the surface but has major underlying issues. 1. Management is terrible. An elevator in building 2 has been broken for three months, without any mention of repairs. There are handicapped people in that building who rely on the elevator. 2. The appliances are cheap, loud, and break easily. 3. Parking is almost impossible unless you wanted to pay $75/month for "garage" parking which is just underneath the building, where pipes burst and spiders are everywhere. 4. I had such a great experience working with the leasing consultant. She was super welcoming from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Any questions I had, she was happy to help and always had a positive attitude. Lauren garda is the craziest leasing consultant I’ve ever met. She convinced me to feel at home the second I got there. I want my dogs, grandchildren, aunt, uncle, third cousin, etc to live here absolutely ! As long as she is the hospitality of the establishment IM THERE! 10/10 customer service! So beautiful too!
Parking for residents has become near impossible. Whenever there is an event on town or even if it's just a weekend people use the complex's lot to park, leaving no spots for ACTUAL RESIDENTS. I've also seen many people use our lot to park and walk over to the houses right behind the complex. There is garage parking for an extra fee, however, it's not worth it in my opinion. Moved in 2 weeks ago. So far it’s been wonderful. The team at the front is very helpful and responsive.
