Moved in 2 weeks ago. So far it’s been wonderful. The team at the front is very helpful and responsive.

Renters Be Aware! These units look super nice when you walk in, but will have issues...and Capano DOES NOT CARE AT ALL! Pros: Hunter and Chase, the on-site staff, are friendly and do their best despite management’s neglect. Cons: Dishwasher/Toilet: The new dishwasher leaks. Management said to “shut it harder,” which didn’t help. A toilet ran every three minutes for months; after three service requests and repeated demands for video proof, they finally replaced the flap—after we wasted $100+ in water. 90 Day Review - 1. Exterior windows have streaks on them from construction. Ownership refuses to pay or provide a timeframe on cleaning the windows. Beautiful apartment views are ruined. 2. Construction trailer sits out front with a broken axel for the past 3 months and takes parking spaces from residents. No idea when that’s leaving. 3. This place is a literal spider infestation.
