The WORST experience I’ve had. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails or voicemails. I put in an application and no one responded until I had to write a formal complaint with the management company. And get this, they finally got back to with a denial 10 minutes after I sent the complaint to corporate. I asked for a full refund but denied to pay in full. The worst customer service ever!!!!
Dj was he first bartender to approach my friend and I. He made our drinks right away and made us feel welcome. Go see ant and dj!
Genuinely the worst management I’ve ever seen in my entire life. When I moved in, I had a rental car that was not registered to my parking pass and explicitly asked if it was ok to put my parking pass in the rental and not get towed. I got towed that night and asked for a refund for having to pay the tow truck company because it was their fault. It has taken three months of constant emails and conversations with no results. Insane level of unprofessionalism I would not recommend moving in here. Please look elsewhere.
Washing machine broke on July 8th. There is still an unknown timeframe for a mysterious part to show up. Maintenance will enter your apartment with no notice and no notes left indicating they were there. The building number has been missing a digit for an entire year, causing your packages to get delivered to the wrong buildings. Office staff will let your dog’s frozen food sit in the wrong building and notify you two weeks after it arrives.
If I were to leave this review last year, it would echo a lot of the 1 star reviews. However, in our final few months Lisa came to the Phoenix and the positive changes were immediately noticeable. She is so attentive to every issue within her control. Considering rent everywhere is absurdly high, here you get a nice pool that is rarely too busy, a quiet gym and a really spacious unit.
