As a contractor, it is an absolute pleasure working with The Phoenix. You can tell they truly care about their residents!
We love the apartment, and property management is always super helpful and available when needed. However, we were told the amenity building was going to be completed at the end of December. Months later, we are still waiting for the building to be completed. We would really appreciate more formal communication around when the building would be finished, as it is a main reason we moved to Phoenix in the first place.
Luxurious apartments in a perfect location. It's great being right on the Schuylkill River Trail and only a 5 minute walk to Bridge Street. Chase and Hunter were super helpful during the application process, move-in, and continue to be on top of things. I highly recommend The Phoenix. Best apartment complex in the area.
Meh. I toured this place and the person showing me seemed so completely dis interested lol. it took all of 5 minutes. They have 3 buildings. One of them is full and the other two still have vacant apartments but instead of showing me the actual vacant apartments in the actual building available they showed me a model in the full building. What? Lol why? I tried asking questions about the other buildings(I would actually be living in) but I guess he didnt feel like showing me them. why on earth wouldnt I be able to see units ... read more
