Units are new and nice. However... 1.Paid covered parking is not enforced. In bad weather non paid cars take covered spots. 2.Elevators are often out if service. 3.if you have an EV, dont take the bait...Half of EV chargers are out of service. 4.People leave cars plugged in to EV chargers for hours/days after charging has ended. 5.Cars from non-residents are often in the lot and covered parking area. 6.People dump furniture and mattresses near dumpster. 7.Residents from nearby homes fill the dumpsters. 8. I would not recommend living here based on my experience over the past year. While the property looks attractive and offers modern amenities, we encountered numerous maintenance and management issues that ultimately led us to decide to move. Some of the concerns we experienced included: • Before moving in, we were told the exterior of our windows would be cleaned due to large white streaks from construction materials. All trash receptacles are full of dog waste. Need dog waste stations.
We lived here for 14 months and overall had a very good experience. Most importantly, the location is excellent. The property is located right on the Schuylkill River Trail and has a walking bridge over French Creek that drops you right in downtown Phoenixville. The neighborhood is brand new, feels cleans, and is very safe. The actual apartment community is also pretty good. I’ve read the reviews here and I don’t think the represent our experience. I cant believe how many negative reviews this place has. There is no reason for 2.8 stars! If I could give more than 5 I would. We have been living here for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. We did have a mold problem in our utility closet due to a leaking AC/water heater unit. As soon as we found it and notified the office, they had someone out to look at it ASAP, we didn’t even have to wait a full day. It was fully gutted, AC/water heater were replaced prophylactically, and fixed within the same week. The ... read more
