I've lived here for just under six months, and overall, it's been a good experience. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Superb staff: Friendly, professional, and responsive. Location: You can walk anywhere in Phoenixville within 10-20 minutes. Units: Great amount of light, modern fixtures, and hardwood flooring. General areas are kept clean. Pool: The pool just opened and is gorgeous. (see attached photo) Amenities space: The gym and public amenities space are awesome. I’ve enjoyed the past 2 years working together with The Phoenix helping with speciality projects and snow removal services. Their in house staff is top notch, especially Chase, with his get it done attitude! He’s welcoming, kind, and knows the community really well - Capano is lucky to have him! The Phoenix is a great addition to the Boro of Phoenixville - perfect location, great amenities, and wonderful staff. Keep up the great work!!
We lived here for about a year and had a great experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, the finishes felt high-end, and the location was super convenient. It's close enough to downtown Phoenixville to walk but far enough away to avoid the noise. We ended up moving only because my daughter received a scholarship to a high school in Philadelphia.
