I've lived here for almost 7 years and I love it! The Phoenician is a warm inviting and accessible building for seniors and there is a real tight-knit family-like feel here! It will become a residence for seniors exclusively this year and the community of Dalhousie will benefit greatly from this distinction as there are no other designated residences for seniors in Dalhousie.
