I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Phoenician. The manager, Patricia, is rarely available and does not respond to emails or phone calls at all. When I moved in, she assured me that the carpet would be changed or cleaned, but that never happened. I have lived here for five years and have seen a lot of issues. The door gates are often left open, attracting homeless people near the trash cans. As a tenant of this complex of the last 3.5 years this will be lengthy but I without a doubt can say LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE the only reason I have stayed renting here this long pertains to my employment and where this complex is located. Let's start with the fact half of the complex is privately owned the other half is "managed" by FPI Management. Great place to rent an apartment. Location is perfect. Close to freeway and schools. And very close to Sutter Roseville Hospital.
This place looks like a 5 star resort. When we we looking for an apartment to live in for 1 year, we considered the Phoenicians because of its beauty. Decided not to because of the price and did not see many kids playing outside.
