Can’t say enough positive things about the Phipps team! Our credit is still a work in progress but he kept feeding us positivity throughout the entire process! Jason is incredible! He never gives up and continued tirelessly to find the right buyers for our rental properties. He didn’t bat an eye when I gave him the long list of wants and needs for our new property. He is knowledgeable and insightful, but the thing that I feel really puts him above the rest is his realness, humble disposition and willingness to meet you exactly where you are without ever feeling like he is trying to upsell you or put on a front. Jason help us in every way selling are home, including finding somebody to clean the house, preparing it for sale and even having the septic tank serviced thank you for all you've done Jason.
