I enjoyed staying at Phillips Club this summer! The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioners make a medium amount of noise and work very well. Elevators are fast and smooth, and the staff are very helpful. The in-room kitchen has sufficient supplies and appliances, but the smoke detectors were set off in our room and other rooms, so I don't recommend stovetop cooking nor most baking.
