I have been a patient of this practice for several years. I called because of a concern I want to have checked out, and the person I spoke to told me my yearly exam that I had scheduled for next April needed to be canceled because the provider no longer worked here. I said that's fine, and can I please get this appointment for my concern scheduled first. He then started looking for an open slot, and said there were none for many months. Dr. Kaplan and his team of nurses are wonderful! I felt so comfortable during my procedure and he even called personally to check in with me that evening. Would highly recommend!

I had one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had in healthcare and never have written a complaint before. Dr. Mari Batta came in already looking extremely rushed and rushed through my skin check in 5-8 minutes tops. She barely let me get in one word and when I voiced a concern about some redness she said “there’s a lot going on there so you’ll need a different appointment.” Then walked out the door.
