The Center is inviting, warm, and spacious- creating a physical space for people to come and discover their authentic selves. These qualities extend to the teachers too. It can be difficult to put into words the role of The Philadelphia and New York Rebirthing Center and Rebirthing Breathwork in my life. The rebirthing breath allows a rebirth or new experience or new understanding of self. I’ve learned to be receptive to the flow of my breath and let stuck emotions surface. Breath work with Maureen has changed my life. After all the years of traditional therapy this breath-work program has healed me in a way that therapy didn’t. I will always be grateful & will always recommend Maureen & Tony to everyone .
The programs Philadelphia Rebirthing Breathwork Center offer are of the highest quality. Because of the integrity and sincerity at the core of the work at the Center, I was able to go to the deep core of my subconscious blocks and rewrite them in a beautiful way. I owe them a huge amount of gratitude as to why my life is so lovely today.
