I wouldn’t even give this place at one lived here for five months. It’s been terrible ever since the management is not good at communicating or managing. The only nice people are the two maintenance Men. I had high hopes for this place.
Edit: I was informed the tenant that blocked me in had falsely imprisoned me within moments of arriving and, in hindsight, I should have pressed charges. Completely insane to go so crazy over a parking spot. The showing itself was wonderful - the apartments are some of the few where heaters are actually upkept that I've toured, appliances are clean, pools are functional and available, utilities are relatively affordable and location is central to a lot of placed in Glendale and Cherry Creek. Nice places, Park nextdoor to the Apartment building.
Expect lots of construction at the park behind the buildings. Expect lots of car towing trucks. Expect for maintenance of community amenities to take a long time like the sauna and pool getting cleaned or repaired. The laundry machine in my building stopped working and it never got fixed the remaining months. While they worked on roof repairs the company they hired made the most noise and left so much mess behind. The package locker will stop working and mail couriers just won’t deliver packages.
