Incorrectly installed a walk-in tiled shower. This led to water damage to my walls and flooring and had to be totally redone just two years later. Overall remodel work was done cheaply while charging premium prices. Poor quality and customer service and using contractors who did not know what they were doing. Excuses and the run around on every issue. Do not use this company for your remodel or construction work.

Owner never provided Contractor with written notice of any defects or gave Contractor reasonable opportunity to correct and cure any defective work, per the Company's Terms and Conditions that the Owner signed.
