I booked through Class Pass a couple of weeks ago and was at the front door when I received a message that my appointment was cancelled - less than 15 minutes before my appointment time. I called and texted the phone number listed and never heard back. So bummed, I was exited to try this place!
Sofia is so talented and just a good person. Highly recommend!!!
I had a great massage from Sofia, she gave a full hour massage and it didn’t seem long enough. She has a great mix of relaxing as well as deep tissue. I will definitely go back for massages and her other services as well.
I found The Pheal Studio on Class Pass and was ready for a relaxing morning! I showed up early, found the entrance on lake street and the door was locked… I called 5 times to see what was going on and no answer. I sent them a dm on instagram and just got an AI response. I waited 27 mins and nothing… doesn’t seem like they’re on top of their scheduling with ClassPass 🤷 disappointing🥲
I really enjoyed my 90 minute massage with Sophia! They were awesome and listened to what I needed and asked for. Super appreciate the time and energy they put into taking care of me!
