Very poor service.no response till now from last 8 months for documents evaluation. Don't waste your money here. Be aware of it. Don't use their services. Wastage of time money

Extremely dissatisfied with PEBC’s service. Despite paying very high fees, communication is slow and unclear. The exam scheduling system allows candidates to book time slots that later turn out to be invalid due to exam window restrictions, with no clear warning at the time of booking. I received multiple confirmation emails (confirmation number, ID requirements, etc.), which gave the impression that everything was confirmed. As internationally trained pharmacists, we are placed in an extremely vulnerable position because PEBC is the only body in Canada responsible for pharmacist credential evaluation. There is no alternative pathway, no competition, and no accountability — which makes delays and poor communication deeply distressing for candidates who have invested years of education, money, and hope into this process. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service We paid $600–$700 only to experience no answered phone calls, no replies to voicemails, and no responses to emails for months. Most of the time, any response comes after the next exam date has already passed, which is completely unacceptable for candidates whose careers depend on these timelines.
