Andrew Peters is a coward of an agent and landlord, who could not call back a client or the clients agent to let them know, less than 2 weeks before their lease start date, that he was pulling out of lease to sign another tenant for a property he owned. After he sent the lease to be signed, he ignored—for days—all calls and texts from the agent and the prospective buyers.
