We went through THREE realtors before finally finding Andy & Kim, and we wish we found them sooner!!!. My wife and I had an amazing experience working with the Peters Team! We specifically worked with an agent, named Kim, and she was the best! She made the whole experience as least stressful as possible by responding to our messages in a timely manner and answered all of our questions with ease. Andrew Peters is a coward of an agent and landlord, who could not call back a client or the clients agent to let them know, less than 2 weeks before their lease start date, that he was pulling out of lease to sign another tenant for a property he owned. After he sent the lease to be signed, he ignored—for days—all calls and texts from the agent and the prospective buyers.
