Andrew Peters is a coward of an agent and landlord, who could not call back a client or the clients agent to let them know, less than 2 weeks before their lease start date, that he was pulling out of lease to sign another tenant for a property he owned. After he sent the lease to be signed, he ignored—for days—all calls and texts from the agent and the prospective buyers. He didn’t have the common decency to at least let the clients know in timely manner that he wanted to proceed with another tenant. He lacks professionalism... read more
