Absolutely terrible experience with The Pete Store West Palm Beach. Purchased two trucks totaling over $150,000, financing was completed on 4/17, and we were promised the trucks would be ready within a week. Nearly 3 weeks later, we still do not have them. Since the money cleared, it has been excuse after excuse with zero accountability from management. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication and professionalism.
