The parts team was great people. Jennifer helped out a lot and sent someone out here to help fix my truck. Josh the mechanic nicest person you’d ever meet went above and beyond.
That review is painful to write because the people are nice over there, but this repair took a little too long and wasn’t done completely. I had a broken driver seat (air kept leaking and seat stuck up), they replaced the handle but now my seat is stuck down and won’t raise anymore… for almost 1K, I feel like you guys could have dug a little deeper and make sure everything was functional :-/ Edit : taking down from 3 stars to 1. The service department has been amazing. They have taken my trucks into their shop and got them done ASAP! They send road calls out quickly and those mechanics do a great job as well! The service department has NEVER let me down!
