Always gets you in within 2 hours of arrival for diagnosis. If a quick fix they'll do it right then. If not they'll inform you on parts availability and when they can get to it. Duncan is a very nice facility and even offers a free sub if you're there at lunch time. I'm a one truck owner and have always been treated well here from small repairs to my motor in frame
Mike in service is a Gem. He goes the extra mile to ensure customers are aware of what is going on with trucks in the shop in a timely fashion. Truly just a great person and his demeanor over the phone is warm but stern.
Mike on the service counter went above and beyond to get what we needed! He even stayed late to get it done! I cannot express how his prompt and positive attitude is!
They will make you waste your time, service people are rude and disrespectful, and they will try to Overcharge if they can!! Pay attention to your bill.
